About Bill

Bill Cudmore is committed to harmony in the workplace. He knows that an atmosphere of open and honest communication leads to enhanced employee productivity, retention, customer satisfaction – and that each of these translates into corporate profitability. With extensive expertise navigating the complex political landscape of large-scale, unionized organizations, Bill knows first-hand how to reduce redundancies to create efficiencies, while improving employee engagement.

Currently an Executive Human Resources consultant, Bill advises corporations on effective strategies when working in union and non-union environments. In this role, Bill has been instrumental in helping one of his clients, currently involved in a CUPE harassment case, navigate the difficult and stressful activities involved in that process.

A kind and empathetic individual, Bill has a genuine interest in helping employees engage in their work environment. He believes strongly in family, family network and the fragility of relationships in need of nurturing.

A brilliant presenter, Bill has presented on the topics of teambuilding, personal excellence, and organizational issues to businesses such as the Association of Canadian Community Colleges (ACCC), the Saskatchewan Women’s Agriculture Network (SWAN) and the Yorkton Library System. In additional to his professional speaking, Bill has given countless motivational and inspirational talks through his volunteer work and involvement as a coach and board member in minor sports.

Throughout his career Bill has continued his education. He earned his Bachelor of Administration, Human Resource Management, and Marketing from the University of Saskatchewan and went on to earn a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching (CEC) from Royal Roads University in 2007. He was also awarded a Certificate in Conflict Resolution after completing over 350 hours of training provided by the Justice Institute of British Columbia.

Whether he is ensuring corporate or individual goals are met, preventing costly arbitration, or eradicating erroneous training costs, Bill’s objective has and will continue to be to strengthen organizations for long-term sustainable growth.
