Who Moved My Cheese – Change Attitude and Embrace Change
Who Moved My Cheese is an amazing way to deal with change at work and in your life. This initiative is based on the book ‘Who Moved My Cheese’, written by Spencer Johnson, M.D. and endorsed by Kenneth Blanchard author – ‘The One Minute Manager’. They illustrate a strategic and simple way to welcome and embrace change without fear.
“Cheese” is metaphor for what you want in life – whether it is a better home, a good job, better relationships, money, health, a more efficient organization, or a spiritual peace of mind.
And the “Maze” is where you look for what you want – the organization you work in, yourself or the family or community you live in.
When you see the “The Hand-writing on the Wall,” you can discover for yourself how to deal with change, so that you can enjoy less stress and more success at work and in your life. Written for all ages, the program provides unique insights that last a lifetime.
Why wait until changes to self, your family, department, your organization are so critical and necessary, in order to survive? — BE PREPARED –which we have heard before.
Preparation is easier as it is – PROACTIVE versus dealing with stress – REACTIVE
ColourSpectrums – Why are we DIFFERENT?
ColourSpectrums is a personality styles and human dynamics model presented in an entertaining and interactive workshop format. Carl Jung’s primary colours represent 4 areas of personality development:
- Blue Emotional Development
- Green Intellectual Development
- Red Physical Development
- Yellow Organizational Development
You will sort the 4 colourfully illustrated attribute cards to reveal your ColourSpectrums; a particular blend of colours that is unique to each individual. You will interact in a dynamic process of self reflection, group discussions and activities that provides insights (ah-ha! learning) and humour while naturally enhancing self-esteem, team-esteem and communication.
Your facilitator could be William Cudmore or the owner of ColourSpectrums. They both have successfully presented this workshop to a large number of participants and will provide you with an enjoyable and memorable learning experience. Powerful and insightful and can be used by everyone.
